Purple Window Cleaning Inc. ("Purple Window Cleaning", "we", "us") provides window cleaning and exterior cleaning services in New York City. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit purplewindowcleaning.com, request an estimate, book a visit, contact us, chat with us, call us or receive our text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Estimate requests. When you fill in our free estimate form, we collect your name, phone number and email address, the property type and address, the service you need, details about the job (such as the number and type of windows, floors and notes), any insurance requirements of your building, a building or management contact if you provide one, and your preferred timing.
• Contact and callback requests. When you send a message or ask for a callback through our website, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, and your message.
• Online booking. When you book a free estimate visit online, we collect your name, phone number and email address, the time you choose and any note you add.
• Text message consent. Our forms include a separate, optional checkbox for text messages. If you check it, we keep a record of your consent: the phone number, the time, the wording you saw and the page where you agreed.
• Website chat. If you use the chat on our website, we collect your name, your phone number and the messages you send. The chat is answered by an automated assistant; you can ask for a person at any time.
• Phone calls. Calls to our phone line may be answered by our automated virtual assistant. The call audio is processed in real time so the assistant can understand and answer you, and a written transcript of the call and the details of your request are kept in our customer records. We do not keep audio recordings of these calls.
• Email and messages. If you email us, for example to send photos of your windows, we keep the email and its attachments.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect limited technical information: the pages you view, the website that referred you, campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as UTM tags or ad click identifiers), your browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies. We have turned off advertising personalization signals in Google Analytics. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and send your free estimate, schedule and perform our services, call or email you about your request, keep business records, improve our website and services, measure which of our marketing brings customers, protect our website against spam and abuse, and comply with the law. We contact you by phone, text message or email only about your request and the services you asked for, and we send text messages only if you agreed to receive them. We do not send you marketing messages without your separate consent.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, Purple Window Cleaning texts you from (347) 212-7719 about your request and your appointments. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Agreeing is optional and is never a condition of an estimate or a purchase. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes; the service providers that deliver our messages receive only what they need to deliver them. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business and act on our behalf, such as our customer relationship and communications platform, our website hosting and security providers, Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and business email), our telephone and text messaging provider, and the AI service that powers our automated assistant. These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, customers or the public, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, keep accurate business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to the records we must keep by law. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
