Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Prices depend on the property, the number and type of windows or surfaces, access and the scope of work, so we do not quote prices on the website, by chat or by our phone assistant. Your price is the one set out in the estimate the team gives you. Information on this website about our services is general and does not form an offer.

Requests, bookings and scheduling

When you send a request, ask for a callback or book a free estimate visit online, we use your details to contact you and arrange the work. An online booking reserves the time you choose for an estimate visit; our team may call you to confirm details or to agree a different time if needed. Cleaning work itself is scheduled after the estimate. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible; any cancellation terms for a specific job are those in your estimate or service agreement.

At your property

You agree to give our crew safe and lawful access to the areas included in the job and to tell us about anything that affects safety or access, such as building rules, alarms or fragile items. Where a building requires a Certificate of Insurance or other paperwork, we arrange it with the building management before work begins.

Payments

We do not take payment or card details through the website, the chat or our phone assistant. Payment terms are set out in your estimate or invoice.

Automated assistants

Our phone line and website chat may be answered by an automated virtual assistant. It can give general information and take your request, but it cannot set prices or change agreed terms; only our team can.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information or use it for unlawful purposes. Website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Links to third-party services such as Google Maps are provided for convenience; their own terms apply.

Liability
