Street-level glass takes the most wear: display windows, glass doors, the transom over the entrance. Most storefronts are cleaned monthly or quarterly, and a busy location may need more. We can come before you open or after you close, so the work never gets in your customers' way.

The sidewalk in front of your business is part of the picture. In New York, property owners must keep the sidewalk next to their property clean, including 18 inches into the street, and the Department of Sanitation can issue violations to commercial properties during two one-hour periods a day, set by the Sanitation section the address is in (NYC311). Before the first visit

A little preparation keeps an after-hours visit short. Agree with us in advance who lets the crew in and how the alarm and building rules work, clear display areas and anything fragile away from the glass, and tell us which windows or doors can't be opened. If the building has a freight elevator or a loading area the crew should use, note it in the estimate form.
