You can stop text messages from Purple Window Cleaning Inc. at any time. This page explains how.

Reply STOP

The fastest way is to reply STOP to any text message from (347) 212-7719, the number Purple Window Cleaning uses to text you about your requests and appointments. You can also reply with one of the standard opt-out words, such as STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. After you reply, we send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages are sent to that number.

Replying STOP stops text messages only. If you have an open request, our team may still call you or email you about it, because you asked us to respond. If you do not want calls or emails either, tell us and we will note it.

If you cannot reply to a message, contact us by phone at (347) 212-7719 or by email at hello@purplewindowcleaning.com and tell us the mobile number you want removed. We will process your request as soon as possible. Please note that sending us a message through a website form or email is a request that our team handles by hand; replying STOP to our text messages takes effect immediately.
